60K Payout for 1st Place What, How?

Old Salt Fishing Foundation Presents King of the Beach this Thursday, Friday and Saturday at ROC Park in Madeira Beach. Such a FUN time featuring marine and art vendors, a food festival with local flavor, live music, boat displays and a kids zone as well as yours truly at the Realty Experts tent!

Ever wonder how it started and who the proceeds benefit? Old Salt Fishing Foundation has been around for 48 years. It is a non profit fishing organization located in Madeira Beach, FL. The Foundation provides anglers with a variety of youth & family programs, competitive fishing tournaments and angler advocacy efforts. All the staff and Board of Directors are volunteer. Over the past 10 years, Old Salt has delivered fishing tournaments along with conservation and education programs for many thousands of folks who like to fish all while donating in excess of $1 million dollars to deserving regional charities.

Some of the highlights of this waterfront festival will include live music. On Friday, St Pete Sons will start at 6:30 and Seranation, an up-and-coming Reggae band from St. Petersburg, will take the stage at 8:30.

The Kids Fishing Slam takes place on Saturday, November 9th from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. This is one of my favorite events and I always have a great time watching the kids get involved and to see their faces when they catch the “big” one.

I will be here on Friday from 6pm to 9pm at our Realty Experts table.  I look forward to meeting you! We will have some awesome new home listings available to share with you and I will be able to answer any questions you may have about the current market.  Always something everyone is interested in!

Don’t forget to register for our gift basket which will be an RTIC Cooler and RTIC Mugs surrounded by a little bit of booze! We will have koozies for everyone as well to keep your beverage of choice cool. There will be a wheel for the kids to to spin so they can get something as well! Make sure to stop on by and have a “REEL” good time.
